This is a combination of the B150-GTX headset with charger (shown above) and AnyCom USB Bluetooth adapter. This provides the same functionality of the B1000-GTX but does not included the larger, self-supporting docking station which is pre-paired with the headset, and requires installation of drivers for the AnyCom 250. It's not quite as simple, but functionally similar.
