Shipping
We are currently shipping both US and International orders via UPS and the US Postal Service. At the time you place your order you will be given a choice of shipping methods and can review costs based on the method chosen. It is necessary make the preliminary motions of placing an order and opening the shopping cart in order to view shipping costs, but this does not commit you to purchasing any items.
Whether by UPS or US Postal service, most microphones can be shipped to locations within the US for less than $10. For smaller items, such as adapters, shipping via US Postal Service can be as low as $2.
Processing time:

UPS Orders: Orders received on Weekdays by 3PM eastern time will be shipped on the day received. After 3 pm, we will make every effort to ship on the same day but cannot guarantee shipment, and such orders may not ship until the next day. UPS orders received after 3 pm on a Friday may not be shipped until the following Monday.
UPS Shipping Options include Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and a variety of international options.
Note: Please be aware that UPS will charge and collect from you a "brokerage fee" on international orders in some countries. This has been a particular problem on UPS orders shipped to Canada, where a $30 brokerage fee is often charged. We generally suggest the US Postal Service for international orders so this fee can be avoided.
US Postal Service orders received before noon will generally be shipped on the same day. Orders received on Saturdays before 11 am will still be shipped on the same day. Order received after 11 am on Saturday will not ship until Monday morning.
The option for USPS shipping is listed as "First Class or Priority". In general, small items such as adapters, extensions and small products which can be reasonably shipped in a padded envelope are shipped First Class. All microphone and books shipped via the US Postal Service are shipped via Priority Mail.
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmatory email with available tracking information will be sent to you. Please be advised that while the US Postal Service provides "Tracking Numbers", this allows only crude tracking indicating acceptance of an order into their system and eventual delivery. The US Postal Service does not provide real-time sequential tracking as you shipping is working it's way to you.
International Shipping: For those ordering from outside of the United States, please be advised that you will be responsible for all import fees, value added taxes and other fees generated locally. Also be aware that UPS often charges fairly large customs brokerage fees - we have heard of $30 fees some orders. Although slower, shipping via the US Postal Service (Priority Mail International) may be significantly less expensive.

Returns
As we provide only high quality microphones and attempt to assist you in selecting the right product for your needs, we have very few returns. We are committed, nonetheless, to your satisfaction. If, within the first two weeks of your purchase you decide you are not happy with your product or products, please contact us by phone or email letting us know the nature of your problem. We would like to have the opportunity to assist you in making sure your microphone is configured properly before having you return it. If, however, you would like to return your product for any reason during the first two weeks following your purchase, we will gladly accept it and offer you a full refund of your original purchase price. Please note, however, we will return the cost of ground shipping to your location and not costs associated with Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge a "restocking fee" when products are returned in "like new" condition and with all manufacturer's packaging and literature. We will, though, ask that you pay any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. In the unlikely event that a product is returned damaged or without all materials which will allow it to be resold as a discounted "like new" product, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. To date, we have never needed to do this!
Late Returns: If you've had a product for more than 2 weeks and feel that there are circumstances that make it reasonable and necessary to return it, please talk with us about it. We'll certainly consider your circumstances and request.
Warranty Claims
Speech Recognition Solutions promises to send you a brand new, normally functioning product. Should your product not work properly upon arrival or fail for any reason during the initial 2 week period, we will gladly accept your microphone in return and provide you with either a replacement product or refund, depending upon your preference. Should a product fail to work properly after the initial 2-week period we will ask you to take up the issue with the microphone manufacturer and will assist you as needed in finding proper channels for making your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
