Instructions for Printing Naturally Speaking Training Text

If for any reason you would prefer to have a copy of the training text to read from a paper rather than your computer screen, this is a method of printing the text used for the training:

1. From the NaturallySpeaking menu select "Manage users"

2. From the Manage Users window select "New"

3. On the following window, select any name for your user and choose "Recording Device Plugged into Line In Jack" as your dictation source.

4. Click on next. After user files are created, you will be presented with the following dialog box from which you can either directly print each of the training texts or view them. Printing them directly will present a somewhat "busy" document with no formatting. Rather, you might choose the "View" option from which you can copy all the text and paste into into your word processing program of choice for formatting and printing.
